My Google Ranking – How To Easily Improve Your Rankings
My Google Ranking – How To Easily Improve Your Rankings
My Google ranking is what thousands of internet business owners want to know about. If this is something that you need to know, then you have to be aware of the ways that can be used to easily increase your rankings.
The following are the best ways for anyone to use to easily achieve this goal.
1. Website optimization also known as search engine optimization – When you have a website, you have to use website optimization to ensure that it will be noticed by Google. It is important to ensure that your website has been optimized using your main keywords so that the search engines will pick up your site for these.
The search engine will spider your site looking for keywords, so that they know where to place your site in their search results. If your site is not optimized for the search engines, then getting good rankings with Google will not be easy to do.
2. Back links to your site – Google is looking for links from other sites that point back to yours. You need to spend some time building as many back links as you are able to.
The more backlinks you have pointing to your site, the higher your Google ranking will become.
3. Add a blog – Is there a blog on your site? If you don’t, then you need to get one added right away. If you do have one already, then you need to take advantage of that and start using it to help you increase your rankings.
Google likes blogs since they are constantly updated using fresh content. If you have a blog on your website that you update on a regular basis using quality content that uses your keywords, then you will be able to easily increase your rankings.
4. Keyword rich content and informational – The content that you add to your website and blog needs to be keyword rich and informational. The keywords are important so that Google knows where you place you in their results.
The informational content is essential since Google will not put any site into their search results that allows junk to be put on their site since it won’t help anyone. So, you need to be sure that the content used on your site is informational and uses your keywords correctly because this will be noticed by this big search engine.
These are the best ways you can use to help you improve your Google ranking. My Google ranking and increasing it will be much easier for you now that you have this vital information in mind.

Search Engine Optimization Cost – Tips to Make SEO Costs Easily Affordable for Your Small Business
Search Engine Optimization Cost – Tips to Make SEO Costs Easily Affordable for Your Small Business
1..What is the number one priority, objective, or goal that you want to achieve through your online marketing efforts?
- Are trying to establish your business as an “authority site”?
- Are you trying to build a community using social media?
- Are you trying to generate more leads to fill your sales funnel?
- Are you are trying to attract more customers to a retail or physical location?
- What is your desired outcome for visitors to your website?
- What is your “business model” for your online marketing?
The responses to these questions will affect the online marketing strategy, approach, or techniques that are most suitable.
2. The BIG SECRET of Internet Millionaires and virtually ALL Successful Online Businesses…
Actually, this “secret” is painfully obvious – it is one of the fundamentals of achieving success online. But, just as major league athletes focus on the fundamentals of their competitive sports, it is worth highlighting here: TRAFFIC MATTERS MOST – IT IS A FUNDAMENTAL REQUIREMENT.
To be more specific – targeted traffic is what matters most. Attracting targeted traffic essentially means that the visitors to your site are already pre-qualified to the extent that you are presenting them with information that is aligned with what they are searching for. This assumes, of course, that the methods used to attract them are consistent with search engine optimization and search engine marketing best practices.
Practicing “Attraction Marketing” or “Magnetic Marketing” or Customer Centric Marketing leads to “friction free marketing” and long-term relationship-building.
3. How do prospects and customers find you now – and how could you attract more?
- Which keywords do prospects use when they are searching online for what you offer?
- Where is your business currently ranked for those terms in the search engines?
- How competitive are the keywords that you are currently using to promote your business?
- How viable is it that you will be able to rank for those keywords in the near future?
4. What does “Google Page 1 Rankings” actually mean – and why does it matter?
A Google Page 1 Ranking means either that a particular web-page appears on the first page of the natural “organic” Search Engine Results Position (often referred to by the acronym: “SERP”) in response to a search for a particular keyword or keyword search term, OR that an advertiser has outbid all other advertisers to appear in the Sponsored Results.
Google Page 1 Rankings matter greatly because:
- 81% of people search online before making a purchase.
- 72% of people use Google when performing online search.
- 98% of people choose a business on “Page 1″ when making a “buying decision”.
Conclusion: If your business isn’t ranked on the first page of Google’s “natural” or “organic” search results, you will be missing out on close to 75% of potential prospects, leads, and sales.
Important Note: Recent metrics evidence that people performing online searches increasingly look beyond the Sponsored Results and directly to the “organic results” for the information they seek.
5. Generating Traffic through Paid Advertising (AdWords, Facebook Ads, CPA, CPC, etc):
Paid Traffic remains the fastest way to generate traffic for new websites, to test keywords, and to “pump” life into websites that are stuck on page 2, 3, 4, 5….157…or otherwise not prominently displayed in the search results….BUT…the value of the bought traffic may be worthless…especially if it doesn’t convert to sales.
When business owners or webmasters get frustrated with their online efforts, there is frequently a temptation to try to make up for lost time by purchasing traffic from advertising brokers (i.e. the “content network”). As tempting as it is to generate “traffic” fast using this method, it should be understood that there are very real risks associated with it.
Anyone with a valid credit card charging capacity can generate traffic fast. Beware, however, that the traffic generated from many of these sources is a total waste of money. Ask almost anyone who has tried it.
Obviously, Google and Yahoo have made literally billions of dollars by selling this kind of traffic (i.e. paid clicks). In the early days of Adwords and Adsense lot of savvy internet marketers created online advertising empires by functioning as advertising “arbitrage” agents. For the past several years, however, many of those very same marketers complain of losing vast sums on advertising campaigns.
Caution: If you choose to use paid advertising to buy traffic, proceed carefully – and limit your spending until you verify that the cost/benefit ratio of your advertising program is within your accepted tolerances, and expectations.
6. Keyword Research – and How to “re-position” your company online (if necessary).
One of the smartest things you can do, and definitely one of the first things you really should do, is to perform some basic keyword research. Only by conducting detailed keyword research can you know how to proceed with your online marketing efforts. Only after performing keyword research can you determine whether you will be wasting time and money (and lost-opportunity costs) by trying to promote your business based on words or terms or “keywords” that are either too competitive, not sufficiently searched, or otherwise non-performing.
You can begin to get a sense about all of this for free by using the Google Adwords Keyword Tool.
Start by entering a broad term that relates to your business or niche. Then scan the results for the keywords you are currently using.
Then review the competition, both in terms of Adwords and also in the search engine itself. If the first page of natural SERP results is dominated by major corporations, major “authority sites”, or other stiff competition, then that keyword may be difficult to rank for. This is especially true if the SERP results are for main indexed pages.
On the other hand, if the first page of Google returns a lot of “inner pages” (i.e. pages that are on the third hierarchy of the site structure, or lower), and if they are not from “authority sites”, but rather from blogs or smaller sites, then ranking for those particular keywords may be achievable, and perhaps even relatively easy).
7. Knowing Who Your Visitors Are – Capturing Visitor Contact Details for Lead Generation
The single most important missing element from most business websites may be a “lead capture form”. It’s hard to believe that with literally billions of websites published, so many websites lack such a valuable but inexpensive and easy-to-implement tool.
Lead capture forms have been available for at least 10 years. And we have all grown accustomed to using them – as consumers, or as “subscribers”. You may be reading this information as a result of having entered your email address into a basic lead capture form (sometimes referred to as a “squeeze form” or “squeeze page”, depending on how it is implemented).
Lead capture forms are typically integrated with Auto responders such as Aweber, Get Response, iContact, Infusionsoft, 1ShoppingCart, or others.
If you are trying to develop any kind of business intelligence about your website visitors, and trying to establish a follow-up rapport with them, it is essential to incorporate lead capture forms into your website.
At the most basic level, setting up a lead capture form can be accomplished in minutes.
8. Understanding Web 2.0 and How Social Media Can be Leveraged to Facilitate SEO and to Grow Your Business:
Web 2.0 and Social Media are extremely complex and dynamic developments. The easiest way to understand the potential of Web 2.0 and Social Media, in terms of how they can help you grow your business is this: Make It Easy For People to Learn About You and What You Offer – and expand your circle of influence or like-minded “friends”.
Unlike “web 1.0″ sites, Blogs are “Web 2.0 ready” – what this means is that they are preconfigured (in most cases) to allow for RSS feeds, Social Network Sharing, Commenting, etc.
It’s no secret that the way Google (and other leading search engines) rank their search results is largely based on what other people think. It follows that the more people who link to your site, the more Google will consider your site to be an “authority site”, or at least a meaningful site, within a particular niche, or for certain keyword terms.
The easiest, cheapest, and one of the most effective things that you can do to improve your search engine optimization is to incorporate a blog into your website (or make it your website), and to create meaningful and relevent content on a regular basis (e.g. 4 times a week or more).
Make it easy for other people and blogs and organizations to get your content and to derive value from you. RSS feeds and Social Bookmarking tools are ideal for this task.

How to Quickly and Easily Find Telecom Information Using Internet Search Engines
How to Quickly and Easily Find Telecom Information Using Internet Search Engines
The development of the Internet has enabled almost anyone access to virtually every piece of information known to human civilization. A few key strokes and mouse clicks can uncover practically any compilation of information you desire – and have it delivered directly to your desktop computer or laptop.
Google and other search engines such as Yahoo and MSN are constantly updating search algorithms to provide relevant search results to billions of Internet users across the globe. But as good as these search engines have become, a vast number of Internet users still find searching the Internet to be a slightly frustrating and daunting task.
Having the extent of human knowledge at your fingertips does not always result in finding what you want. For example, a Google search for the term “telecommunications” brings up a whopping 109,000,000 results!
No one has the time or patience to sift through that much information. Fortunately, there are simple search tricks that you can use right now to quickly and easily find telecommunications (or any other) information.
How to Search Using Quotes, Parentheses, Positives and Negatives
Google, MSN and Yahoo have allowed for “shortcuts” within their search engine structure to help users narrow down the search results they provide. Making internet search a more friendly experience requires users to know just a few.
The most basic of these shortcuts are the use of quotations, positives and negatives. Used in conjunction with search phrases, these commands help zero in on relevant search results very quickly.
For example, say you want to search the Internet using the term: voip phone system. Entering those words into Google returns over 45,000,000 results. Placing quotations marks around these same words tells Google to search by “phrase”, not just the individual words themselves. Searching by phrase narrows this search to just over 1 million results.
Adding positives (+) and/or negatives (-) to a search term will help focus search results even more. For example, if you would like to find a VoIP phone system from Cisco and not Packet 8, you would type: “voip phone system” +cisco -packet 8
The minus (-) sign eliminates any search results that refer to Packet 8, and include all search results that contain Cisco.
If finding VoIP phone systems from EITHER Cisco OR Packet 8 is desired, it is best to use the either/or command (parentheses) in your search. Keep in mind that all of these commands are completely interchangeable and can be used in conjunction with each other depending on how specific you would like search results to be returned. A search for a VoIP phone system by either Cisco or Packet8, but NOT Ebay listings would require entering this into Google: “voip phone system” (cisco, packet
-ebay
These simple tricks will save you hours of time and considerable frustration when searching for exactly what you want. The following are more ways to find specific file types and information from only ONE website – without even having to go that website to search.
How to Search for Specific File Types of Information
For the most part, Google returns search results in the form of web pages (html) or “sites” where the information resides. Although they are getting better at including file types other than html pages into their search results (e.g. PDF, mpg, mp3, .doc, .xls), they are still years away from being intuitive enough to know exactly the type of files you are searching for when you enter a search phrase. The best way to help Google return what you want is to tell it what file type you desire.
For example, there are literally thousands of white papers written on almost every telecom topic imaginable. Vendors shell out big bucks to develop informative and comprehensive white papers on a variety of telecom topics, primarily for marketing purposes. The majority of these documents are not thinly disguised sales pitches however. More often than not they are chalked full of highly informative content. White papers come in very handy when researching and/or learning about a specific telecom topic.
To find these available telecom white papers with ease, simply enter filetype:pdf after your search phrase. If you are searching for a white paper on the topic of “voip phone systems” your search phrase in Google would require this: “voip phone systems” filetype:PDF
Google returns 358 results as of this writing.
Not specific enough?
Try entering allintitle: before the search term. This will tell Google to only return PDF files that contain “voip phone systems” in the TITLE of the document. This search brings up only six results.
Use this trick to find other file types such as Word files (doc), mp3s (mp3) and even Excel files (xls). A search for VoIP phone systems in Word document format would require: “voip phone systems” filetype: doc An Excel spreadsheet file would require: “voip phone systems” filetype:xls
How to Search Only One Website
Many websites contain search features that allow visitors to search for topics within that website alone. But what if you want to search for a topic on one specific site and the site contains no search capabilities on it?
Use the site: command directly into Google search fields.
For example, say you want to quickly search mobiletracker.net (a popular and massive cell phone blog) for anything to do with Nextel in the title of the blog post – but you do not want anything to be returned with word “Motorola” in the title. This Google search would require entering the following search string:
allintitle:Nextel site:mobiletracker.net -Motorola for a total of 93 search results.
Let Google Come To You Using Google “Alerts”
It is now possible to let Google search come to you via email when information is added to the Internet that contains a topic or phrase that interests you. Introducing: Google Alerts. Google Alerts is a free service that allows you to inform Google of a topic or phrase that you desire to be continuously kept up to date. Google will then send you an e-mail when anything is added to the Internet that contains that topic or search phrase.
You will need a Google account (free) to set up these alerts, but once you do, information on your topic will be sent to you at the time intervals you desire – daily, “as it happens”, or weekly. You can also specify where you want this information to come from: the web, news, blogs, video, Google groups or a comprehensive search of any and all of them.
When setting up your Google alerts, be very specific using the methods covered in this newsletter. Use the commands allintitle, quotations, positives and negatives wherever possible. By doing so, you will not only cut down on the amount of emails you receive, but they will be tightly focused and on topic as well.
The Internet contains a vast array of telecommunications information just waiting to be found and used for your benefit. Spend just a few minutes a day honing your Internet search skills and the payoff will be well worth it.

For 35 years, TelCon Associates has helped companies of all sizes reduce and manage telecommunications expenses through proprietary methods for telecom auditing and bill management. Google Adsense: How You Can Keep Easily Your Earnings Up?
Google Adsense: How You Can Keep Easily Your Earnings Up?
Users of AdSense know that although some people can make remarkable amounts of money – one person claimed to bring in ,000 per month! – most people struggle to get started because they do not really know what they are doing. The AdSense tips below will help you move closer to the former group by gaining some important knowledge.
Affordable Marketing
One problem some people run into is they can’t afford the costs for high-volume search terms so they never get enough traffic to their site and their AdSense income remains relatively low. The good news is there is a way around this problem.for more details www.thegoogleincome.com.First, you have to focus on building some great content around more affordable search terms, perhaps choose words that are synonymous with the more expensive terms. Now here’s an example of great AdSense tips: as you know you earn more from the AdSense ads associated with higher value terms. So add a link to the bottom of the more affordable terms’ pages that leads readers directly to the higher cost term’s page. That way you can drive traffic to your content more affordable but also boost your chances of getting the better commissions.
Add Images
If you like the above AdSense tips, here’s another good one: use graphics near your ads. You know that when you visit a site your ads are drawn towards the images and graphics. That means if you place something like this on your page near the location of your ad visitors’ attention will be drawn to the ad and that will increase the chances they will click on it. Now do be careful about adding in too many images on your page because this could reduce load times and actually drive visitors away altogether.
Always Track Ads
Even though you don’t have much control over which ads are placed on your site through the Google program, tracking is one of the best AdSense tips available.like as www.yourgoogleincome.com. That’s because you’d be surprised at how big of a difference can be made in the results when an ad is moved from near the top to near the bottom or vice versa, for example. You could try changing the colors, removing the borders, incorporating the ad into content, and other alterations that could positively impact the performance of the ad. Tracking can also help you decide whether or not to adjust your own keywords in hopes of getting more relevant ads which will be a bigger hit with site visitors.

Operate Multiple Sites
While one tip is good, multiple AdSense tips are better. The same is true with your websites. Having one site up and running with the Google service is great but the way to really increase your profit potential is by operating multiple sites. Of course, more sites also means more work but the earnings you could be making would make the effort worth it. Plus, most of the work that needs to be done could be done easily from home or could be outsourced to freelancers.
Easily Increase Your Google Adsense CTR
Easily Increase Your Google Adsense CTR
This is the first part of two series of articles about How to Increase Your Google Adsense CTR. Many people think that they just have to copy and paste Google Adsense code into their website and start earning a huge amount of money from it. What a huge mistake! I also thought the same way two years ago. Later I realized that without optimization, that’s impossible. Here I will share all of the tricks to increase my Google Adsense CTR that I found within the last two years.
Here are some tips to increase your Google Adsense CTR:
1. Make sure the ads that are appearing on your site are closely related with your content. This is the first thing you have to do because if your ads are not relevant, there’s small possibility that people will click on them. Then, what should you do to tackle this problem? Here are the tips:
o Create a keyword rich content. I suggest you creating one topic a page.
o Check your keyword rich content and then mark some of your keywords as bold or italic. But don’t do it too much, just do it 1 – 2 times per page. Otherwise, Google assumes you are doing spamming.
o Use your keyword in your page title.
o Use HTML Tag H1 as your content title, and put your keyword in it. Don’t forget to place this tag at the beginning of your content.
o If all those tips still do not work, there is just one possibility: there are no ads that matched with your keyword! You can check this out by using this marvelous tool from the Digital Point Website. It is called the Google Adsense Sandbox, and located in http://www.digitalpoint.com/tools/Adsense-sandbox/
You’ll be asked to enter your selected keyword and it will display every Adsense ads that’s connected with that keyword. What if your suspicion is correct? Change your keyword! Do not worry; sometimes you just have to change one or two words.
2. Use wide ads (336×280, 300×250 or 250×250). Because these are the best performing ads.
3. Blend your ads with your website themes. For example, if your background color is white, change your ads border and background color to white as well. If your background color is dark (black), use bright color such as yellow as link color. This will decrease user ad-blindness.
4. Place your Google Adsense in these positions:
o Above the fold
Above the fold is the top position of your page that’s visible without your visitor having to scroll down. This is the best location that works for me. I place 336×280 ad unit in this location and it works very well. Why? Okay, back to our example. Your article is about “how to bake delicious bread”. Someone finds it from search engine; when he opens it, he first sees ads about “baking school”, “baking book” or “bread recipes”. Who won’t be interested?
o In the middle of an article.
This works well if your article is long (more than 500 words). People tend to stop for a while and look for something different while they read. I suggest using rectangular ads (125×125, 180×150, 300×250, 336×280, 250×250 ad unit) for this purpose and make it left justified.
o At the end of an article.
Many people reported that placing Google Adsense ads at the end of their article tends to work very well. This is because when people finish reading an interesting article, they usually think “okay, what’s next?” That’s your chance! By placing Google Adsense ads at the end of this article, people will spend a minute to read it and then (maybe) click it. For example, you write an article about “how to bake delicious bread”. And at the end of it, there are some ads about “bread recipes”. Who won’t be interested?
5. Regarding the fourth tip, I don’t recommend you placing three ad units in a single page. From my experience, the number of ad unit you place in a single page doesn’t affect your CTR. In fact, I even found that placing three text ads in a single page make my ads “unblended”. For example, I put 160×600, 468×60 and 336×280 ads on a single page. You know what? My 468×60 ads only showed 3 ads in it, whereas my 336×280 ads only showed 2 ads in it! My suggestion is: use 1 – 2 ad unit and a single link unit on your page (Google allows 3 ad unit and 1 link unit to be placed on a single page).
6. Always use Link Unit! Many people never realize that Link Unit is the most profitable format if put in the right place. Try to place it near your navigation menu. People will misidentify it as a navigation menu and automatically read it. If your ads are closely relevant to your content, there’s big possibility they will click it. I move the top navigation in one of my websites to the bottom section and replace it with 728×15 Link Unit Ads. You know what? My Google Adsense CTR increased by 200%!

How to Easily Check Page Rank for Internal Pages
Many web site owners do not know that they are sitting on a gold mine. They may own several monster websites, but they only know the page rank for the domain and not the internal pages. But why is the page rank so important and valuable?
The Importance of Page Rank
Page rank is Google’s indicator for the importance of a website (from a scale of one to ten). For example, Yahoo.com has a page rank of 9, and Alexa.com has a page rank of 8. And as we all know, the more important Google “thinks” a website is, the more likely it is to give it higher rankings. So every web site owner who wants to rank well in the search engines are watching the page rank of their own sites.
If the website manages to acquire a high page rank, the website immediately becomes a piece of hot virtual real estate. Other online business owners are willing to pay top dollars for web properties with high page rank, simply because of the organic traffic that comes from the search engines. On top of that, if a website can prove that it can bring in the revenue, others will be fighting over the website should it go up for sale.
There are many ways that a website can monetize the traffic that comes from the search engines. For instance, many web site owners are willing to pay a monthly fee in return for a text link on these websites. They are willing to pay money because they expect the websites to bring them traffic, and they believe that by having their links there, their websites will also look better in the “eyes” of the search engines and rank better.
So you see how important page rank is? The truth is, many web site owners do not scrutinize their own web properties closely enough to realize that they actually own immensely valuable web properties.
Huge web sites with many internal pages that have been indexed by the search engines for at least six months may have acquired page rank. And any web page with page rank is worth money. For example, a link on a web page with page rank three could bring in an extra thirty to fifty dollars month. Imagine what the website is worth if it has a thousand internal web pages with page rank three and above. That is an additional five figure monthly income. So how can a webmaster check the internal page rank of all the internal pages?
Checking internal page rank.
Fortunately, there are page rank tools available of many search engine optimization websites. These tools allow you to enter just the top domain, and the rest of the internal pages will be retrieved. But bear in mind that an operation like this is often resource intensive. So expect your queries to be limited to one or two per day.
But the important thing here is to find out which are the internal pages with page rank. Once you do, save a copy of the information for future reference. You may need it again if you want to sell links on these pages, or if you want to sell the entire website away.
See How Easily 30 Minutes On Facebook Can Create 30 Leads A Day
Facebook let you connect new online friends and connections but it can waste a lot of your time. Are you a network marketer and then you waste 4 hours of your day on Facebook? That is not a Marketing Strategy, that is looking busy without action.
Serious online marketers do not have more than 30 minutes every day available that they can socialize on Facebook. Period. If you do, you are not very dedicated to marketing your business.
Here is a marketing plan that will teach you how to use 30 productive minutes each day on Facebook and generate leads for your network marketing business. The secret to success is consistency. No strategy will work if you do not commit to it. So commit to use a specific time daily and just do it. Remember the Bunny and the Tortoise?
Step 1: Add a Facebook friend
Search for any niches you are interested in. Join the group and evaluate the size of the group interested in the selected niche. Select friends in that group that you find interesting and write a one-line message to the invited friend. Make sure they know WHY you have requested them to be a friend e.g. “Hi Firstname, I see you are interested in horses. So am I. Lets connect.” A personal message to the friend you invite will dramatically increase your response rate. A link to your blog is one way to let the new friend know what you are all about.
Connecting is step one in a plan that you will follow and the result of the plan is a new sale or sponsoring someone into your business.
Step 2: Become real to your leads
Nearly 30% of all the prospects on your list will have a Facebook account. Find these leads on Facebook and request them to be your Facebook friend and mention the fact that they visited your website recently. This is the connection.
This strategy will turn a cold prospects into a warm and buying prospect. This strategy will ensure the emails you send in your autoresponder will be opened and read first as you will now be a real person and a friend.
The internet is a busy place. It is not about selling anymore but about standing out above the marketing noise and reducing people’s fear to buy. People are scared of of scams. Of people lying to them. Of being caught out.
You will succeed in marketing if you can become a real person to your leads. Your Facebook account is one way your prospects can see you really exist. Your facebook account gives you credibility. Your prospects will start to trust you as they learn about who you are.
Step 3: Hello to my new friend
Make a video to welcome your new Facebook friend. Upload this video and add your new Facebook friend as a video tag to appear on the news feed on their profile. The video will be like a “online” handshake. You will become very real to your leads.
Step 4: Make a happy birthday video
A birthday remains a special day for all of us. Facebook informs you of a friend’s birthday. Use this information to stand out from the crowd by making a short video to give your friend your personal birthday message. Tag the video and friends of your new friend will also see the video. This technique will give you stacks of viral exposure.
Step 5: Create a group on Facebook.
Create a group on Facebook. A Facebook group is like a virtual coffeeshop – a place where likeminded people come together to discuss similar interests. Make a space for prospects to connect and talk about a relevant topic. Use the group platform to show your value in terms of lead generation and marketing tips. Offer information about training and set up events. Your group interactions should display respect, leadership and value to your prospects.
Applying this blueprint will not take longer than 30 minutes. Again the crux is consistency.Ensure you do this every day..
I do not market exclusively on Facebook, but I use it in conjunction with my blog and my article marketing strategies. Doing a few simple things right will add a lot of great friends and give you the opportunity to convert many into leads.
