Improving Real Time Search Part1
Improving Real Time Search Part1
In the world of search engine optimization, development of better SEO techniques combined with the increasing use of social media optimization has made way for querying more online activities as they occur. Real-time search enables people to search for and find the information on the web the way it is produced. However, the process is really slow and may take hours to display some high quality content.
When Google’s Latest Results entered the Search Engine Marketing field, many people thought that it will fade out the way others did. However, Latest Results has somehow managed to stay in place. Latest Results is the most recent vertical which qualified the first pass.
Google’s real-time search acquires a beta form. Its credits are worth mentioning not for what it does in the present but for what it might do in the future. When seen from the search engine optimization perspective, Latest Results is quite good for the present. It may prove to be excellent in the future only if Google tries to improve it like it improved its search process in the late 90s.
Before proceeding to the solution, it is better to outline the problem.
What makes real-time search ineffective?
When real-time search is compared with its traditional counterpart, one finds the traditional search more effective as it has access to an infinite number of interconnecting hyperlinks that are used to identify and interpret the power structure of the internet. From a search engine optimization standpoint, more quality back-links of a website paves way for a better ranking of its targeted keywords, making the SEO process simpler.
However, when it comes to real-time search, the back-links are accrued over a period of time and are not capable of creating the same impact as created by those from traditional searches. That is mainly because the link is confined to the article only which restricts it to be published instantaneously.
