I Get My Articles On Google Page One Part 1

Author admin    Category Google     Tags , , ,

I consistently get articles I’ve written on the first page of Google. It wasn’t always like that. When I started article marketing about eight months ago, I was didn’t know anything. Then I read somewhere that only three per cent of people who try internet marketing succeed. I vowed to be one of those three per cent.

I didn’t know much but at least I was smart enough to realize I couldn’t do it myself. I researched and found there really are internet marketers with six figure incomes. Then I decided to learn to do what they do. I’m not an inventor and I wasn’t about to reinvent the wheel.

The first thing I studied about was keywords, the main building blocks to any successful marketing campaign. Keywords are the words people type when they are searching for something in Google. They might type something like “best electric iron” or “stop panic attacks now” or “earn money online.” Whatever it is, there’s probably a product or service you can sell them. But you have to get in front of them on Google.

(By the way, there are other search engines besides Google like Bing, Yahoo and MSN. Google is the largest and almost 80% of internet searches are through Google)

Let’s say someone keys the words “earn money online” into the Google search. I did it just now and there were 165,000,000 results. With ten results per page, that makes 16,500,000 pages. Your article needs to be on page one of 16,500,000. Yikes. Maybe “earn money online” isn’t the best keyword to use. You need to try something more specific, something with fewer searches.

It could take weeks of searching for the right keyword. Or you could use a FREE tool provided by Google called the Google Keyword Tool.

The keyword tool suggestst other keywords you can use and it tells you how many people in the last month keyd in those keywords. The keyword tool might suggest using “make money online today” or “really make money online.” Finding and using the right keywords in your article is the first step to moving onto page one.

Even when I learned about keywords the whole concept was still a mystery to me. What I really needed was an easy to follow step by step guide to tell me exactly what to do. Since I’m no genius I searched the web and read about people who were making lots of money online. I finally found what I believe is the best “Do this today and then do this tomorrow,” guide available. You can learn more about it at How to Get on Google Page One.

I followed this plan and did what it said every day for seven days. At the end of that first week I started again with a new campaign and repeated the process each week. I’ve done the same thing every week for several months now and guess what, I’m making money.
