Ideas For Online Marketing- Myspace, Blogger, Etc.?

I have a photography business for weddings, babies, events, etc.
I have a website, a myspace page, a blogger page, and I am listed on the online yellowpages.
I am listed on craigslist and a website for American Photographers.
I have other marketing like business cards, t-shirts and signs on my car.
Does anyone have any other ideas for online marketing? I really want to promote my company! :)

Your business should be local, since not too many ppl will hire a photographer from out of state. You should stop by the hotels or places that host weddings. And give out your cards and let those wedding coordinator or event manager to help you to establish. Maybe you can put out the calendar so ppl can see when you will be available.
Don’t post on Cragislist, most ppl there are looking for bargain. You should spend some money to be listed on the local wedding magazine, even do a booth at the wedding expo type of places. Or even fairs….

Have you considered affiliate marketing? This is pay for performance marketing where you pay affiliate publishers a small commission on sales that they drive to your site. If they don’t sell – you don’t pay. Canbuy.ca is an example of a website that works on the affiliate basis. They have a one page about affiliate marketing – check it out – it isn’t difficult to setup.

I use this program everyday to get page views for my online website.
Webtrafficmarketing offers instant daily access to one of the largest databases of legit email addresses available to online marketers, and all of the recipients have double opted in to recieve marketing messages.
Just log in, enter your offer and hit send. Blast any ad you wish. If you have more than one website, no problem, change your ad or email with each blast. Once you are signed up as a member you are a member for life.
I believe that you will find the program very useful in your marketing efforts,

You should be taking a close look at what kind of traffic these marketing positions are bringing. Who cares if you have a MySpace page if no one but you goes to it – the same applies for blogger and the web site. You have to be driving traffic there.
    Are you advertising on Craigslist?
You should then consider some basic advertising in some for of print media. maybe a local newsletter or community magazine.
    Good Luck

I suggest you take advantage of using YouTube and the rest of the video sites. If you go to TubeMogul you can list it in about 13 or 14 video sites at once. With the proper video you can get a lot of traffic to your other sites. But, even if you are just doing it for a local presentation, you at least have a place to send people to view a video presentation which might help with sales etc. My two cents worth…

You can use revenue sharing websites such as
Squidoo, hubpages, triond, Gather etc. I use Squidoo (link below) and it’s driven quite a bit more traffic to my website plus I’ve received a few inquiries for work using this method.
