How to Use Myspace to Generate a Horde of MLM Leads

Promoting your MLM business via MySpace is one of the best free traffic building methods available today. It costs you ZERO dollars to get started, and contrary to popular misconception, you don’t need to spend 24 hours per day doing it! I’ve found out that it’s one of the best ways to attract laser targeted traffic to any MLM capture page, sales page, blog, or any MLM “money site”.

Ok, so how do you promote your business in Myspace? Many people shy away from doing this, because they think that to be able to make money online, you have to invest in some ultra complicated search engine optimization course, or get in credit card debt just advertising through PPC and paying $3.00 per click. Yikes! With Myspace advertising/marketing, there’s literally no risk and you don’t have to put your money on the line.

First step is to create an interesting Myspace profile. You then allow people to get to know more about YOU. It’s not about introducing your company or the product you’re selling. Don’t do that. Just brand yourself and don’t think about promoting your company. You can post articles and videos on your Myspace profile page that are RELATED to network marketing in general, but never use the Myspace profile page as a pitchfork!

Now, after you’ve designed your Myspace page, don’t forget to post the links to your main websites. Never sell anything on Myspace. Simply generate interest and develop relationships, then let people naturally become “curious” about you, to the point that they click the links you have posted and follow whatever it is you’re promoting.

Ok, once you’re done with setting up your Myspace profile, it’s time to NETWORK or connect to like minded people. You can easily reach your target market by participating in the Myspace forums, chat and message boards. Your goal at this point is to make lots of friends in your friends list.

Give yourself a goal. For example, your goal is to have 500 contacts on Myspace. Not bad! Send friend requests to people who, based on their actions on Myspace, have indirectly declared that they are in your target market. Still don’t sell anything. Just build relationships and let them naturally notice you. If you have an interesting profile page and you’re not a big “pitchfork” out there, people will see you as someone who is willing to help them, and they will naturally be willing to find out what it is that you’re selling.

Why does Myspace marketing work so well? Well, because you’re actually marketing yourself here. People want to connect to other people more than they do BUY or JOIN any MLM program. If you brand yourself correctly and gain massive exposure from one of the world’s highest ranking websites, there’s no doubt that you can drive a stampede of traffic to your MLM website/s. If you consistently invest at least 1 to 2 hours a day on effective Myspace marketing, I can undoubtedly say that you’ll get results.
